A cool spinning animation tweak for loading/ refresh views like in Sileo refreshing sources, refreshing mail, and many other apps system wide.  It also colors the smaller loading indicators if desired system wide, the small spinning circles.   

this is a ROOTLESS build for iOS 14-17

Make sure you have Cephei tweak support from Chariz installed for this to work. (Sorry I forgot to add the depends when I re-wrote this to use the better way of handling defaults system wide and in 3rd party apps.)

Tested on iOS 15.7.3 and 16.5.1 Rootless
