A cool tweak to add colored blurs behind icons, folder icons, or both. Made as a tweak request long overdue, I'll be continuing to work on this as I update and improve other tweaks.

Tested and working on iPad and iPhones from iOS 11-14.x, Works great with Snowboard, and is compatible with the icon effects extension as well as the dock extension.  I plan on adding iOS 14 widgets when I get a chance.  Currently it's just regular icons and folder icons.

Note: one feature is still considered beta, an option to add a colored border to the icons. It cuts off badges (when not hidden). I usually hide them with Stylish11 so I keep forgetting to find out what needs changed.
