A cool tweak to add colored blurs behind icons, folder icons, or both. Made as a tweak request long overdue, I'll be continuing to work on this as I update and improve other tweaks.

Tested and working on iPad and iPhones from iOS 11-14.2, Works great with Snowboard, and is compatible with the icon effects extension as well as the dock extension.

Note: one feature is still considered beta, an option to add a colored border to the icons. It cuts off badges (when not hidden), but shouldn't cause any crashes unless there's a conflict I'm not aware of.  I'll be fixing this UI bug sometime soon.
