Required: libCSColorPicker by CreatureSurvive and the latest Cephei, (ws.hbang.common).  I don't feel comfortable hosting another devs work without express consent, and the color picker hasn't been updated for rootless jailbreaks.  However, since it is open source, I made a fork and compiled a build for rootless, and used that repo as the host for an "unofficial release" / a place you can easily download the new deb.

A system wide status bar tweak that allows you to set a background color of any opacity, to blend well with almost any background, as well as the main color for the items that appear in the status bar.  

Compatible with tweaks that target specific status bar items, and Stylish11 also adds more variety to the colors if desired.

(I need to update GitHub still for the changes made for rootless but they are primarily Cephei and build specific environment items, the underlying code is largely unchanged.)

Note:  one minor glitch I noticed was after setting the colors and returning to preferences, the color pickers change back to red (the fallback color), but it doesn't change the settings you entered unless you actually tap a color picker and change it's value.   I'll be looking into the issue, but settings are persistent until you change them.
